Alertpaypro is a great autosurf program where all you have to do is surf 20 sites a day for 15 seconds each and earn 10% daily every day for 15 days, that is 150%! It is free to join. Upgrades are $5 each. They only accept and payout to Alertpay so make sure you sign-up for an account with Alertpay also. Here is the proof of my first payment:
Stormpay
Being a member of Stormpay has many benefits. First is their auctions where you can list for free and buy cheap! Next is Stormclix where they pay 1 cent to $5.00 for every click. Payout is only $1.00 and posts to your stormpay account as soon as you click process. Advertising is also cheap. The best part of Stormpay in my opinion is their referral program. With It Pays To Learn, you can earn by reading v-mail adds, signing up for offers, and taking quizes. You will also earn lots more with referrals. Payout is only $1.00 and they pay by the following day! I have received many payments from them.

This program is one of the best I have found. ClickThru.com lets you earn play money called ClickThru Cash. Use it to buy real stuff without spending real money! Opinion Outpost
If you like taking surveys you have to join this one. Members earn up to $5 per survey completed depending on the length and difficulty of the survey. Even if you do not qualify for a survey they still give you 20 cents for answering the few screening questions. If you want to earn more, you can join their affiliate program where you earn $1 per referral! I received my first check on 6/22/06 in the amount of $6.70.
